This policy is governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. ROOVIA is a commercially registered business operating in the Kingdom, and ROOVIA remains responsible for following this policy, regardless of which technology platform runs our store. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations apply to the personal data of anyone located in Saudi Arabia when we process it, whether Saudi national or not. Where our store’s underlying technology is hosted outside the Kingdom, we follow the safeguards described in Section 7 to keep your data protected. Our handling of customer data in online transactions also follows the Electronic Commerce Law. The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) supervises compliance with PDPL, and you may lodge a complaint with SDAIA if you believe your rights under PDPL have been affected.
