This policy covers data we collect directly from you and data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies. It does not cover third-party sites we link to. Their own privacy practices apply once you leave our site.

We collect only what we need to serve you.

• Contact details: your name, email and mobile number.
• Order details: what you buy, your delivery address including your Saudi National Address where needed, and payment confirmation. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
• Account details: your sign in details, saved preferences and wishlist, and a record of changes to your account kept to protect it.
• Messages you send us.
• Technical information: basic information from your device when you use our site, such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
• Your marketing choices.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, manage your account, provide customer support, send order and shipping updates, improve our site and products, prevent fraud, and where you have agreed, send marketing communications. We rely on the data needed to perform our contract with you, our legitimate business interests, your consent where required, and our legal obligations.

ROOVIA uses Shopify to operate this store. Shopify processes customer data on our behalf and may combine it with data from other merchants on the platform to provide services such as fraud protection and advertising. 7. International Data Transfers

Our store runs on Shopify. Your data may be processed and stored outside Saudi Arabia as a result.

Some of our other service providers also operate outside the Kingdom. Each one receives only what it needs to provide its service.

Where data leaves the Kingdom we rely on contractual safeguards that follow the Personal Data Protection Law and its rules on transfers outside the Kingdom.

8. Data Retention

We keep your information only while we need it to fulfil your orders, run your account, meet our legal, tax and accounting duties, and resolve disputes. Once none of these applies, we delete it.

When you delete your account we remove your personal details from our store. We keep only the records the law requires, such as order and tax records, and the records we need to respond to a claim or an official request about your account. These are held securely and deleted once the legal duty ends or the time for such a claim has passed.

9. Data Security

Protecting your information is part of how we run ROOVIA. We use security measures suited to the information we hold and review them regularly. We ask you to keep your sign in details private. As with every online service, no system is entirely free of risk, so if an incident ever affects your information we will act promptly and inform you where the law requires.

We respect your rights under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You can ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct or complete it
• delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it
• stop using it for marketing at any time

We confirm it is you before acting on any request.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. To protect you, we confirm the request is yours before acting on it. Once deleted, the account cannot be restored.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ROOVIA is a commercially registered business in the Kingdom and is responsible for following this policy, whichever platform runs our store. We handle personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, and the Electronic Commerce Law. If you have any concern about your data, contact us first and we will work to resolve it directly. This does not affect any right you have under Saudi law to raise the matter with the competent authority.

12. Customers Outside Saudi Arabia

If you are outside Saudi Arabia, the laws where you live may give you additional rights. Contact us and we will handle your request in line with those laws.

13. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to third-party sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
