Thank you for shopping with Roovia. We ship orders to most countries and aim to deliver your items as smoothly as possible. The information below is general and for guidance only; delivery timelines are estimates and can vary.
Order Processing

Most orders are prepared for shipment within 3–12 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement.
Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)
Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on destination, carrier performance, and local conditions.

Saudi Arabia: Typically 7–20 business days.

External factors (customs inspections, weather, carrier network issues, peak seasons, remote areas) may extend these estimates. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Rates (and any free-shipping promotions) are shown at checkout before payment.
Multiple Parcels

Items in the same order may ship separately based on availability and destination. You won’t be charged extra for split shipments.
Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify your order details, contact us immediately at info@roovia.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.
Delivery Issues

Marked Delivered but Not Received: Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office. If still not located within 7 business days, contact us with your order number.

No Tracking Updates / Delays: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, reach out and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.

Damaged Items on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review next steps.

Resolutions are handled in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, and handling fees once they reach your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Refusal to pay may result in the parcel being returned or disposed of; any refund will exclude non-recoverable costs.
Undeliverable / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or process a refund excluding the original shipping fee where applicable.
PO Boxes & Restricted Addresses

Some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or certain addresses. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternative address, which may affect delivery times.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will ship once available. Estimated dates, when shown, are subject to change.
