Orders are processed within 3 to 12 business days before they ship.

Delivery within Saudi Arabia typically takes 7 to 20 business days from when your order ships.

You will get a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show movement.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns & Exchanges

You can cancel or return an order within 30 days of purchase. Refunds go to your original payment method and are typically processed within 10 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it.

Some items cannot be returned once delivered. This includes hygiene and beauty items, sale items, gift cards, and custom or personalized items.
