Roovia Return Policy

1. Orders Paid & Submitted (Before Delivery)

If you have paid for your order but it has not yet been delivered, you may cancel or return your order within 30 days of purchase.

Requirements:

  • Contact us at info@roovia.com to request a cancellation or return.

  • Your request must include your order number and proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.


2. Orders Delivered to Customer

Once an order has been delivered, items cannot be returned unless there is a:

  • Manufacturing defect.

  • Damaged item.

  • Incorrect product delivered.

Process:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Contact us at info@roovia.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (beauty items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@roovia.com.
